REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your interest in Slime Bakery. We hope you enjoy the product as much as we do.
Please read the following:
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons: Note, Exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances.
(In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.)
- Order arrived Broken.
- Order was not delivered.
- Wrong Order was received.
Refunds are not Issued for the following reasons:
- No longer in need of product.
- Deciding to cancel order post shipment.
- Scent preference as scents are subjective to the customer.
- Customer over activates the slime or adds/does something that we do not advise.
- Slime is under activated and customer refuses to activate slime.
- Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
- Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by customer.
- No picture/video proof of defective product.
Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.
Refunds are not issued until 14 days from the ship date.
Refunds are not issued for orders 2 months (8 weeks) after the shipment date.
